The customer upon arrival receives the key to the room. Upon departure the customer must return the key to the reception.
Entrance to the hotel is allowed only to the hotel guests.
The property is open from 08:00-23:00.
Check in is from 15:00-22:00 and check out 08:00-11:00.
On the day of the check out the guest must leave the room until 11:00, settle the bill and return the key of the room.
Pets are welcome after the guest fills in the pet form. There is no extra charge.

Please observe the hours of common silence during summer (01/04-30/09) 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. During winter season (01/10-31/03) 15:30-17:30 and 22:00-07:30.

The management accepts no responsibility for valuables in your room after departure.
The property has no liability in case of harmful effects or injuries caused by flora or fauna (insects, bugs, animals, plants etc.) unforeseen events, natural phenomena or disasters, fortuitous events or failure to comply with the property’s operating rules.
